1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph967 platform, including the website ph967.vip, all associated gaming services, payment processing functions, promotional programs, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph967 ("ph967," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing ph967.vip, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph967 platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

ph967 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds associated with that account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Registration

To use ph967's real-money gaming services, you must register an account on the platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ph967 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. ph967 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended or permanently closed without notice, and all associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph967 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph967 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to ph967 support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph967 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended, and withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory documentation.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

ph967 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven cash-in. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Payment method availability and minimum amounts are subject to change.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph967 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ph967 accepts no responsibility. ph967 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must be registered in your own name, as verified during KYC.

Deposits made in error or deposits that cannot be attributed to a registered ph967 account will be reversed to the originating payment method within a reasonable period, minus any applicable transaction costs. ph967 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

5. Withdrawals

Verified ph967 players may request withdrawals of available real-money balances (not including bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• ph967 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours.
• ph967 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals for additional verification where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed due to failed KYC will be held for a period of 90 days, after which ph967 may handle the funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph967 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion description at the time of offer. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• ph967 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and subject to an in-progress wagering cycle will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of the claim.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus systems, including through multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns, or exploitation of software errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on the ph967 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible via the game information panel within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and platform matters.

ph967 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that comply with PAGCOR technical standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published per game. ph967 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner not consistent with the published mathematical model of each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, ph967 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical malfunction may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph967 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the ph967 platform in a manner not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized reversals of deposits.
• Collusion with other players in any form, including signal exchange in live poker or baccarat.
• Laundering funds or using ph967 in any manner that facilitates money laundering or other financial crimes under Philippine law.
• Accessing ph967 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, game interfaces, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on ph967.vip are owned by or licensed to ph967. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph967 content without express prior written authorization.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ph967 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph967 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph967 complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph967, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the ph967 platform.

ph967's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph967 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph967 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

ph967 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

You may close your ph967 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the ph967 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who have exhausted ph967's internal dispute resolution process may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official player complaint mechanism.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph967 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the ph967 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
